360 H Street is the most recent addition to the Atlas District, an up and coming arts and entertainment district located just blocks from the US Capitol and Union Station in Washington, DC. This 6-story mixed use development features 42,645 square feet of retail including a supermarket as well as 215 residential units. The project scope includes a lush streetscape that incorporates the H Street streetscape design standards, a private second level residential amenity terrace with seating areas associated with the club room, and a 7500 square foot roof terrace.

This unique space offers rooftop seating, sunbathing, grilling areas, and exquisite views of the US Capitol and Union Station. These terrace spaces have been designed to take full advantage of the existing neighborhood amenities and iconic views to provide a variety of uses and experiences for the residents.
