The Reserve

The Reserve is a 258-acre luxury home community in McLean, Virginia. ParkerRodriguez, Inc. was selected from among the best firms in the country as landscape architects for the entire community. From the dramatic stone wall entrances and lych gates to the concierge office, the grounds are exquisitely dignified and understated. The entrance monument is a simple stone wall and black granite signage panel with engraved gold leaf lettering. The lighting is modified Olmstead Central Park streetlamps. The Reserve has ornamental metal iron work throughout the grounds that carry on the nature preservation theme and add ambiance and character to the entire community.
