BeechTree is a premier golf course village which retains over fifty percent of the land in open space. Once again, ParkerRodriguez is working closely with Landmark National with whom we collaborated on Carmel Valley Ranch, La Quinta and Oak Tree golf resorts. Landmark National is a leading owner/operator of America's finest golf courses.

The community features a 30 acre man made lake, equestrian center and traditional village all surrounded by over 600 acres of parkland. The course is designed by Jason McCoy with Greg Norman Golf Course Design.
