950 Glebe Road at Arlington Gateway

This twelve story office building is situated at one of the major arterial gateways into Arlington, Virginia and was of substantial interest to City and County officials. ParkerRodriguez, working closely with the nationally renowned architectural firm of Cooper Carry, met frequently with public officials and citizens groups to create a consensus and still retain a compelling and highly creative entrance to the city. The project was LEED certified for sustainable site, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality and for innovation and design process. The Plaza terminates the 9th Street Greenway and includes major public art. It is part of the larger Gateway project and includes a Metro Entrance Plaza.
