One Liberty Center

PRI worked with the Smith Group in creating and processing a master plan for the redevelopment of the Liberty Center parcel. The Liberty Center, located in Arlington, VA, is a phased redevelopment of an existing mixed use parcel fronting on Wilson Boulevard.

The master plan includes a central park that integrates the open space of the residential tower and two office buildings. Also included in the master plan are two civic parks. The first park is a fountain plaza providing a signature public space along Wilson Boulevard; the second is a quiet seating node along the 9th Street Corridor.

The first phase is currently under construction for a federal office tenant. PRI completed a perimeter security plan, maximizing setback distances to establish a secure facility. PRI worked with the Smith Group in creating and processing a master plan for the redevelopment of the Liberty Center parcel.
