Parker Rodriguez provided landscape architecture services for this major mixed-use urban infill development. PRI designed all landscape treatment for the residential components and the urban park.

The residential courtyards are the focal points for the luxury townhomes, while the park provides a handsome urban green space for the entire neighborhood. The site includes entertainment, retail, loft apartment towers above 170,000 sq. ft. of retail and 114 luxury townhomes and parking garages.
