Adaire, a transit-oriented 35 story residential building is located adjacent to the Spring Hill Station. This mixed-use development introduces a vibrant urban streetscape with two distinct roof terraces that provide luxury views and community style living spaces for residents and visitors. The 8th floor party terrace is complete with a large artificial lawn, a large wood screen feature with glass gabion wall detailing. While the 35th floor includes a rooftop pool, large party deck with custom furniture, grilling stations, and a movie screen projector wall.
