Arbor Row in Tysons Corner is a large mixed use development collection of residential, office, hotel, and retail spaces. These various uses are connected by terraced open spaces, walking paths, sculptures, fountains, and vast lawns. The grand urban plaza built on an underground parking structure will provide a destination worthy public space befitting the new urban character of the development. Adjacent to the Tysons Central 123 Metro Station, the development will be a true live, work, play, shop, and stay amenity.

Parker Rodriguez developed the master plan for the row and is proud to have also been the landscape architect for each block’s site specific design development. The result is a cohesive and dynamic public space offering that allows the development to read with one voice despite the various site programming and ownership groups.
