Parker Rodriguez was tasked to rebrand the future development of this mixed-use Golf Course community located near Fenwick Island, Delaware. Our designers worked with the developer to transform the community into a true resort experience. The natural environment was brought into the community and woven into the residential lots. 

An extensive trail system is part of the linear park that leads to the water with pedestrian, bike, and hiking trail connections with overlooks leading to waterways and views of the lowland marshes. Dune grasses, native vegetation, and artful site amenities help create a memorable experience with recreational opportunities near each neighborhood ensuring a variety of resort activities for residents.
