Located on 180 acres within a rapidly developing urban corridor in Gaithersburg, MD, Crown Farm is a unique mixed-use community and transit-oriented development. The jewel of Downtown Crown is the Central Park located in the heart of the community and surrounded by retail and residential uses. Central Park offers an expansive town green surrounded by pedestrian promenades and a bosque for casual seating in filtered shade. A linear fountain stitches these three spaces together and provides an accent and focal point to the park composition.
