While working with Silverstone Senior Living, ParkerRodriguez provided landscape architecture design services for this facility within the Metro West development of Fairfax County. The project includes units for multiple levels of care such as assisted living and memory care facilities. An underground parking garage lays the foundation for the ground floor dining area and bistro bar.

The ground floor dining area connects to an at grade plaza space complete with entry plaza, a central fountain, passive green space, walking paths, and thoughtful material choice. A second-floor courtyard creates a centerpiece for the units and includes soothing elements such as a water feature, sculpture garden within the landscape, walking paths, and numerous places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. On the seventh floor, a community lounge provides sweeping views of the vibrant neighborhood, an exhibition kitchen, lounge seating, fire pit, and lawn panel.
