We are seeking a creative, self-motivated, and inquisitive designer(s) with 2 to 3 years of experience in the architectural design industry to join our team. Responsibilities include supporting project teams to develop designs from concept through implementation. Daily work activities will include, but not be limited to, conceptual graphics, design presentations, site analysis, design studies, construction documentation, and construction administration tasks. Strong consideration will be given to those candidates with proficiency developing construction documentation.

The successful candidate(s) will be incorporated into project teams and have the opportunity to see projects through from concept design to construction.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the architectural design industry

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (preferred) from an accredited university

  • Demonstrate strong design and graphic production skills

  • Organized and self-motivated

  • Detail oriented, efficient, and adaptable to changing deadlines and priorities

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with and use good judgement when working with Clients and Co-Collaborators

  • Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline driven environment

  • Ideal candidate will share our firm’s commitment to design excellence

  • Ability to work as an integral part of a design team

  • Proficiency with:

    o AutoCAD

    o Adobe Suites (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

    o Microsoft Office Suite

    o Sketchup

    o Lumion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing projects on-structure

  • Exposure to preparation of marketing materials such as RFP/RFQ packages

  • Proficiency with:

    o Revit

    o Civil 3D
