This rooftop amenity terrace was redesigned in order to coincide with a total building renovation plan. The design features an expansive terrace that overlooks downtown Washington D.C. and provides plentiful amenities to the building’s tenants.

The design features seating nooks of varying sizes in order to promote small and large gatherings and feature raised planting beds to provide separation throughout the roof. An existing pool was also renovated and remained a pinnacle feature within the design. Special lighting “lanterns” were incorporated into the design and create a soft lighting effect that sets the relaxed and refined tone for this terrace.
