The Milton is a new multi-family mid-rise building developed as part of the Pentagon Centre development in NoVA. The Penthouse level is designed to accommodate nearly all of Milton’s residential amenity spaces; from a spacious fitness center overlooking Pentagon City to the north, to a penthouse level infinity edge pool located at the southeast corner of the curve to  capture the most direct sun and view angles to  the south and east. Intermingled in the framework  of the lanai that allows for a variety of seating and entertainment experiences there is also a community garden in the northwest corner provides opportunities for residents to grow their own produce.

Sustainable practices were critical to the project’s development. Much of the building’s roof is covered with green roof rather than conventional ballast to mitigate the heat island effect and contribute to the stormwater management targets.
