This urban building and landscape design project proved to be an excellent example of contemporary and tasteful design solutions and enhances the eclectic character of the highly successful Mosaic District of this project is a part of. The landscape design of the elevated courtyards are surrounded by 250 luxury apartments and sit above 30,000 square feet of retail space. These courtyards offer residents multiple activities including a pool deck with grand views of the park as well as the outdoor oversized movie screen at the Angelica Theater.

Custom screen panels with backlit LED’s were designed as one of the project’s signature elements and is an excellent focal element within one of the courtyards. Outdoor kitchens and bars with TV’s were incorporated within lounge spaces to enhance and diversify communal gathering opportunities. Lush plantings, fire pits, and a demonstration kitchen provide an ambient setting for residents wanting to unwind.
