Modera Prominence is a luxury mixed-use residential and retail community located at the intersection of Lenox Road, NE and Piedmont Road NE in the Buckhead District of Atlanta, GA. It is comprised of an existing office tower and a new 319 apartment residential building and 21,000 square feet of retail. At street level, a verdant landscape is punctuated at the prominent intersection by a winding monumental staircase that provides access to a portal through the building and ultimately the elevated plaza beyond.

At the interior of the site, the new building and ground level retail spaces wrap around a multi-level plaza designed to invite users to stay, shop, dine, lounge, and enjoy this outdoor communal space. The plaza features outdoor dining terraces, an activity lawn, stadium style seating, and a fountain all arranged to take advantage of the sloping topography of the site. A curbless interior road or woonerf with a rich paving palette defines two edges of the plaza while reading as part of the plaza that allowing for a continuous pedestrian experience.

Clusters of birch trees are placed in planters strategically throughout the plaza to frame views and provide filtered shade near seating areas. The ground plane is replete with rich understory plantings. Wood and stone accents further reinforce the patterning of the place and help to define spaces.

A level 2 pool terrace and a dining terrace are also included in the project amenity program.
