The Monarch is a pinnacle of luxury high-rise living - built in Tysons Virginia in 2023.

The contemporary design of the 20-story tower included amenity terrace with a variety of spaces for gathering, a pool and amble lounging seating and a sweeping linear park that serves as public extension of the streetscape . The design provides for a wide variety of activities and programming opportunities and creates an urban destination that is dynamic and engaging to residents and visitors.

The streetscape design envisioned a grand approach to the mid-block building lobby entrance and motor court drop-off. The arrival experience for residents is enlivened with lush plantings, granite benches, boulders, and subtle pathway lighting. Specimen hollies and biodiverse plantings were installed flanking the main entrance and they frame the double-height vestibule and a cantilevered building canopy beautifully. A mix of neutral grey and charcoal colored precast paving finely articulates a procession to the building entrance and subtly defines a pedestrian and vehicular zones of the motor court.

The West side of the site features a pollinator & butterfly garden, a generously sized public park heavily planted with trees and biodiverse plantings. Continuous planted beds, boulders and accent trees installed along the south facade create a pleasant approach to the buildings main entry and lobby.

Amenity spaces include a third floor terrace with generous pool.
