This proposed mix-use complex is designed for college students attending the University of Maryland and fits seamlessly into the College Park urban fabric.

The project creates a major pedestrian connector to university that terminates into the ground stairs that lead to the retail plaza. This public space incorporates a large green lawn and bioretention areas as well as a welcoming hardscape plaza, that along with the ground stairs can be used for performances and special events. The dorm complex features two highly amenitized courtyards with swimming pools, grilling areas, bar, office, great lawn for open play, a volleyball court, fire-pits, and other special features.
