Since joining the team in 2018, Eric has been actively involved with numerous ongoing projects ranging in scale, type, and phase of development. With a background in construction and renewable energy techniques he applies in-depth knowledge to each project and has developed a mindset to be creative and imaginative. He owes much of his knowledge and problem-solving skills to being raised with a vast number of hands-on experiences. His knack for construction allows him to make every design a reality. His approach involves great attention to detail and site performance outlook, which produce designs that are unique, successful, and durable.

Prior to joining ParkerRodriguez, Eric participated in multiple worldwide design competitions. Most noted is his work on a team design for the Land Art Generator 2018 Melbourne, which was shortlisted and published in the book Energy Overlays. While earning his degree, he completed an off-campus independent thesis study in Berlin, Germany. There, he examined the impact of natural processes plus time on a site’s post construction period with the urban construct observing its relative impact on site performance.

As a self-motivated individual, Eric is inspired to take on new challenges each day to learn something new. He is highly devoted and passionate about his work and excels at problem solving. He believes it is important to incorporate sustainability and modern innovation to create an environment that is unique, enjoyable, safe, fun, and practical. His love for the natural environment motivates him to provide a unique user experience that connects them with nature and engages social interaction.

Having grown up in Western New York, Eric can often be found outside enjoying anything that involves the outdoors, specifically he most enjoys being an active angler, hunter, and hiker.
