PRI is proud to be part of this new addition to a 68- acre crescent shaped parcel in Columbia, MD. This mixed use block features a stunning amenity courtyard to accompany the luxury residential units and creates numerous strong links between the indoor and outdoor amenity spaces.
Virginia Hospital Center
Arlington | VA
As part of a new outpatient facility for the hospital, PRI worked with the project team to develop an outdoor seating area and tiered lawn amphiteather seating immersed in planting to work with the surrounding grade.

The latest multi-family development in a multi-phased mixed-use development in Arlington. The project navigates the challenges of smart growth trends to bring new life to the neighborhood and create a desired place to live, work, and play.
Maizon Bethesda

This grand complex is a private urban residential building with a rooftop pool and numerous amenity spaces. The street level knits the development into its surroundings and frames multiple art pieces which are nestled in the nooks of the building facade that work to animate the streetscape.
Westmont Apartments
Arlington | VA
Redeveloped over the Westmont Shopping Center site, this multi-family mid rise apartment complex holds a central amenity courtyard. Amenities include an outdoor kitchen, fire pits, flexible lawn panel, and dog run.
Armature Works
Washington D.C.
A complex mixed-use development in the NoMa neighborhood. 3 towers sit atop a parking garage podium with street level retail. The Morrow hotel anchors the corner and the 2 other towers contain residential dwelling units and rooftop amenities.
Monarch
McLean | VA
The latest block delivered as part of PRI’s decade long work on Arbor Row! This multi-faceted development includes a 3rd level amenity courtyard complete with residential pool and private amenity space. A public park meanders through the rear of the property joining together the adjacent open spaces on either side.
Hillandale Park
Silver Spring | MD
This park underwent a massive renovation to add program uses to the area in order to attract people of all ages. A multi-age playground, athletic field, renovated tennis courts, picnic shelter, and walking trail create a cohesive space for the community.
